I have been working on the institutional side of financial markets for two decades \u2014 in treasury, financial risk management, and corporate finance.<\/p><\/section>\"F\u00f6ldes<\/header>

Career beginnings<\/h2>

I began my career in a banking treasury environment at ING, where I worked daily on monitoring financial market and treasury products, analyzing their performance, and controlling treasury operations. I was also responsible for continuously tracking market developments and analyzing the related risks. This period laid the foundation for the institutional perspective that still shapes my thinking about financial markets today.<\/p><\/header><\/section>

Executive career<\/h2>

In the years that followed, I held banking and corporate treasury leadership positions at UniCredit Bank, Cargill, F\u0150G\u00c1Z, NKM Energia, and MAVIR. My responsibilities included directing treasury operations, liquidity management, and analyzing and managing foreign exchange and interest rate risks. I was also actively involved in developing hedging strategies, supporting financial decision-making, and operating corporate financing structures.<\/p>

At UniCredit Bank, I worked in treasury controlling and financial market risk management, where my responsibilities included analyzing treasury and ALM performance, monitoring open foreign exchange positions, managing counterparty risk, and daily financial reporting. This role further deepened my understanding of how financial markets operate at an institutional level.<\/p>

As Treasury Manager at Cargill, I was responsible for the full oversight of treasury operations with an annual turnover exceeding HUF 140 billion. My responsibilities included cash-flow planning, liquidity management, analyzing foreign exchange and interest rate exposures, applying hedging transactions, and managing banking financing structures and financial market instruments in a large corporate environment.<\/p>

I then continued my career in senior financial roles at F\u0150G\u00c1Z, NKM Energia, and later MAVIR, where the focus was on strategic treasury operations, risk management, and ensuring long-term financial stability.<\/p><\/header><\/section>

Professional approach and mission<\/h2>

I believe that lasting success in financial markets is not built on short-term speculation, but on structured thinking, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of risk. In today's information environment, I consider a clear, professional, and practical approach to be especially important.<\/p>

The purpose of founding KORB Ventures is to share this institutional perspective in an accessible way with those who want to better understand how financial markets work, macroeconomic processes, and the logic behind investment decisions. My goal is to build a professional platform based on education, transparency, and conscious financial thinking.<\/p><\/header><\/section>

Education<\/h2>

I began my studies in Finance and Accounting at the College of Finance and Accountancy, then continued my higher education at Saxion University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands).
